“The last time we bought a house was 36 years ago and times have changed so much since then. Following our retirement, we were understandably nervous to go through the process of buying a house again, especially in a new city. We have distinct tastes and are not the easiest customers. However, we are so grateful to have been referred to PMC. In a nutshell, having PMC on our side saved us a great deal of money during the initial purchase and afterwards. They eliminated most of our stress and facilitated decision making. With hindsight, there is nothing we would change (except buying earlier) and if we ever do buy again, it will be with PMC. We cannot thank and praise them highly enough.
