A special purchase for returning clients, who came back to PMC to help find their next family home after we helped them secure an investment property a few years ago. Initially focused on townhouses, they weren’t sure a freehold home in their preferred areas was achievable. By taking a closer look at the market and their options, we were able to secure a home that ticked the boxes they thought were out of their budget.
