A Successful Investment:

The client was a young doctor from North Queensland who engaged our services through a financial planner we regularly do business with. After a few weeks we found them an off market property where the owners were in the process of finishing off a renovation. The clients primary most important part of the brief was for us to find him a home he wouldn’t then need to renovate. We managed to not only secure the property but the owners also rented it back for 3 months post settlement at market rent.
