A Successful Investment:
The clients were a busy professional couple based in Sydney who regularly flew internationally for work and were extremely busy / time poor. We managed to find them a sensational opportunity that hit the open market which was exactly what their financial adviser had set out in the brief. Whilst the client was in Germany and his wife in Sydney we managed to get a contract signed and a deal done for them. We also were able to market the property for rent prior to settlement as well as have the pool cleaned and 6 cracked roof tiles fixed prior to settlement. The clients were over the moon with the outcome!
