The client was a young lady from Sydney looking to purchase her very first property investment. Being that she was a young, first time investor it was important to find a home that was renovated and needing very little work moving forward. After 5 weeks of searching we managed to find a property on the market that was perfect for her brief. We managed to secure the property swiftly due to having strong contract conditions in a multiple offer scenario and even found a tenant for the property prior to settlement. The client was very happy with the outcome and PMC Property Management are managing the property.
