A Successful Investment:
The client was a locally based young doctor who engaged us to find him an investment property. After 6 months of searching and numerous candidates investigated, we managed to source an off – market double block in Wynnum West with a fully renovated post war home on it that was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and shops. We also managed to secure the client a tenant before settlement so he only had 1 week of vacancy. What was a fairly lengthy process ended up having a very favourable outcome. The client was very satisfied with the result.
