The client who was an accountant from interstate that had been referred to us by another client we had previously purchased a property for.  Being that this property was in the Brisbane State High School catchment we knew it would have considerable interest right from the get-go.  We managed to get through prior to the first open home and had all the negotiations wrapped up on the Friday (the day before the first open).  Needless to say, there was a great number of other buyers who missed out.  This demand as well as “the pull” the Brisbane State High School catchment has, was further reflected in the first open home we ran to source a suitable tenant.  We had 9 groups show up with multiple parties submitting applications.  Our client had less than 1 weeks vacancy and was very satisfied with the process through PMC Property Buyers and PMC Property Management.
