A Successful Investment:
Our clients were an ex-pat couple living in China and engaged us to secure them a property in Brisbane. Despite our clients being based in China and having to deal with corona-virus lock-downs we were able to make the process an easy one for them by sourcing an off market property which had an existing tenant in place with long term lease. The process was a smooth one and with an outcome which delighted our clients immensely through what was a difficult time with so much else going on!
