Our client had previously used our services to secure him a development site which he then developed approached us again to find his next project. After a week and a failed auction attempt (the bidding got to a point of ridiculousness), we were provided with an off market opportunity in Paddington which met the criteria of his brief really well. We managed to secure him this property below market value due to the circumstances being a divorce we offered the sellers flexible terms and in return secured a great property at a fantastic price for our client.
