A Successful Investment:

We were introduced to this client by a selling agent who had taken them through a property that they didn’t purchase. The agent suggested they speak with a Buyers Agent and the client engaged our services. The client has previously lost their home in the Brisbane floods in 2011 and their business has re-built since and they were in a position to purchase.

We took the time to understand what they were looking to achieve from the property and managed to secure a property comfortably within their budget and at a significant discount to market value due to the selling agent being an out of area agent. Not only did we secure it for a cheap price, but we then negotiated a further $20,000 from the purchase price for the building & pest. This property is in one of the premium locations our clients were hoping for. The clients are very pleased with the outcome and were extremely grateful for the building & pest negotiations, which post the touch-ups ended up putting them about $15,000 ahead. They are looking forward to this hopefully being the first of multiple investments in the years ahead.
