Dutton Park is bordered on one side by the Brisbane river and the other side by the railway line connecting to the CBD in 3 stops. It is also home to the Cross River Rail major connection hub at Park Rd. Dutton Park is a split of houses and units but only has a total of approximately 700 dwelling, split almost 50% houses and 50% units. Dutton Park has a few streets in the Brisbane State high Catchment Zone, however the newly developed Inner City south Specialist School is what most of Dutton Park falls within. This school is expected to be one of Brisbane’s most technologically advanced schools. Hospitals in South Brisbane and Annerley are all within 5 minutes drive making it extremely convenient for medical professionals, and with the green bridge and bike path running from the centre of Dutton Park to the University of Queensland St Lucia, Dutton Park is one of the most well connected suburbs in all of Brisbane.
