A Successful Investment:

Our client had purchased an investment property themselves that had not performed so engaged PMC to find an opportunity for them that had potential for growth and cosmetic renovations. We had a budget of $800,000 however managed to get access to an off-market property and secure it for $655,000. The house is an above road level block, facing north from the rear, in an elevated position on just over 600 sqm in the centre of Camp Hill. The client is very pleased with the property as it doesn’t require immediate work for the next 5 years, but has great future renovation potential. Being below their budget as well, they now have funds available to put towards a second investment property sooner which is their intention.
