An Exceptional Development Opportunity:
Our client was a business owner from NSW who worked in development. His brief was for us to find him an investment property which was in good /rentable condition that he could at some stage down the track develop in some way.
Through a local real estate agent contact we were able to track down a property on two lots which had a renovated post war home on it. The sellers were in the process of securing their next family home and we were able to come in and offer them some really clean / flexible contract terms!
We did some minor works to the property post settlement and our property management team sourced a tenant who moved into the property 2 weeks after settlement when then property was cleaned, works had been completed and it was all ready to go. Our client was over the moon with the process.
