An Excellent Investment:

Our client was a young ex-pat living in San Francisco who already owned an investment property in Melbourne. He engaged us to source and secure him an investment grade property (house) in Brisbane.

A local agent that we had done past business with gave us the heads up on a property coming to market in Albion. We were able to get through first and look at the property prior to the first open home which gave us a really good jump on the rest of the market. The agent had considerable interest having 35+ groups through the first open home and receiving multiple offers.

Due to the property being tenanted we were able to script an offer in a way which was favourable to both the sellers and the long term tenants as well.  It was great being able to keep the tenants who have resided in the property for the past 6 years and treated the property like it was their own.

Despite coronavirus going on and our client being based in the US we managed to answer all his questions and provide comfort throughout the entire process which was paramount with so much uncertainty going on!  He was very happy with the end result.
