Tarragindi is a south-side suburb located 6kms from the Brisbane CBD. There are many renovations and new builds that have occurred over the past 10 years as the area has been constantly gentrifying and it should continue to do so in the future. Geographically, the area has excellent access to the M1 Motorway which connects into the Brisbane CBD as well as the Gold Coast.

As far as schooling goes the area falls into the Wellers Hill State School and Holland Park State School & Yeronga State School catchments (depending on which part of Tarragindi). Three of Brisbane’s major hospitals all within a 10 minute drive from Tarragindi, The PA, Greenslopes Private Hospital and Lady Cilento.
