A Successful Investment:

The client was a young single male who worked FIFO in the mines. He was referred to us by a broker we do quite a bit of work with from Sydney. After 2 months of searching we managed to source an off market double block (rare) with a very good quality/renovated post war dwelling which would provide a solid holding income (which was important to our client). Post the contract being executed our client flew up to view the property and was very happy with what he had secured!
