A Successful Investment:
The client was a pilot based locally in Brisbane who engaged us to buy him an investment property in Brisbane. After 3 months we sourced a property online and managed to secure it before the first open home due to having strong contract conditions and a relatively short settlement period. The sellers of the property rented the property back from the buyer for a few weeks after settlement. We were then able to source a tenant meaning the client only had 5 weeks vacancy total. He was very pleased with the outcome.
