The clients were a professional couple from Melbourne who engaged us through a referral partner to source and secure them an investment property in Brisbane. After 5 weeks of searching we managed to find them a double block with a good quality / easily rent-able home on it within their budget. We then secured the property and were able to start looking for a tenant post the contract going unconditional. We subsequently managed to find a tenant at the full asking rent who moved in a week after settlement.
