A Successful Investment:
The client was seeking a property with a strong yield and very low maintenance. We attempted to purchase the property prior to auction but there was too much interest so we withheld our upper limit and went to auction. It was a heated auction with 6 separate parties bidding however due to our Buyers Agents auction experience, we were able to deter a couple of buyers and secure the property at a great price. The client is very pleased with the property, the price and the experience they had purchasing. Our property management team then gained the ability to advertise the property prior to settlement to secure tenants in a short space of time. An excellent outcome overall.
