A Successful Investment:
The client was an ex-pat based in Dubai who engaged us to secure them a house they would move back into in a few years time upon returning to the country. The clients children would move into the property and live there for a few years beforehand whilst attending university. We managed to source a property and secured it for 15k lower than a recent bank valuation the sellers had undertaken.
