Our client was a Doctor moving from Bundaberg to Brisbane and was referred to us by another Doctor who we had recently assisted with a similar move and new home. This client was seeking an inner city home for the next few years before potentially a new posting outside of Brisbane. Being in his early 30’s and not familiar with Brisbane, he sought our advice on area as well as the property type. We found this top floor unit and secured it well under budget and well below our valuation figures. With a 6 month lead time to him moving, the property was already tenanted which provided him with great holding income and peace of mind that his new home was secured to remove the stress of the move.
