THE CLIENT OUTCOME – A SUCCESSFUL INVESTMENT

The clients were a busy professional couple based in Sydney who regularly flew internationally for work and were extremely busy/time poor. We managed to find them a sensational opportunity that hit the open market which was exactly what their financial adviser had set out in the brief. Whilst the client was in Germany and his wife in Sydney, we managed to get a contract signed and a deal done for them. We also were able to market the property for rent prior to settlement as well as have the pool cleaned and 6 cracked roof tiles fixed prior to settlement. The clients were over the moon with the outcome!

Deal was done with Dimitri while on a 3 hr layover in Dubai whilst my wife was in Sydney and Amanda executed the management agreement promptly and seamlessly sourced a tenant who moved into the property straight after settlement.  Service today is often said and often not lived up to – you guys live it.  Appreciate all the PMC teams hard work.
