A Successful Investment:

The clients were a young professional couple who engaged us to secure them a property which they would live in for a few years and then they would rent out and it would become an investment in the longer term. They wanted a house in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane and something that didn’t need a lot of work. We managed to get through a pre-market listing a few days before it went online (we were the first party to view the property). A few days later and after the first open home we managed to secure the property in a multiple offer scenario due to having stronger contract conditions compared to the other prospective buyers. The clients came to the building and pest inspection and were pleasantly surprised with what they had secured – they were very happy!
