A Successful Investment Purchase:

Our local clients wanted to invest in the property market but were time poor, so they engaged PMC to find them a suitable investment that would be low maintenance and well located to capture future capital growth. We identified a property in Salisbury that aligned with their requirements, however initially walked away from it as we felt we could find better value elsewhere.  After monitoring the sales campaign and staying in contact with the selling agent, we were advised that the vendors situation had changed and they were now open to offers in the vicinity of where we believed the property’s true value was.  We commenced negotiations and agreed on a price we felt represented good value for our client. We are now managing the asset on their behalf and are in discussions regarding their next purchase.
