Our Sydney based client, desperately wanted to source a suitable investment grade property as close to the Brisbane CBD as possible. After months of searching, we were able to secure the client a quality townhouse in Petrie Terrace, which is the closest suburb to the Brisbane CBD (to walk to the middle of town would take 15-20 minutes).
The seller was an elderly lady and awaiting admission into an aged care facility. We were able to offer them a 6 month settlement period which gave her enough breathing room to be able to make the move and this was also the reason we were able to secure this property off-market.
