A Successful Investment:
Our clients were an ex-pat couple living in Hong Kong and engaged us to secure them a property in Toowoomba. Despite our clients being based overseas and having to contend with corona-virus lock-downs we were able to make the process an easy one for them by sourcing an off market property. Post unconditional we were also able to source a tenant for our clients. The process was a smooth one and with an outcome which delighted our clients immensely through what was a difficult time with so much else going on in the world.
