A Successful Investment:

The client who was an anaesthetist based interstate had previously used our NSW office to purchase him a principle place of residence re-engaged us to find him an investment property in Brisbane. Very quickly this property in Norman Park came to market which we attended the first Saturday open home alongside 35 other groups of buyers. The selling agent received 6 offers and we had our offer accepted and we weren’t even the highest offer due to us waiving the finance clause and having an ultra quick building and pest turnaround. We also managed to get the property painted and an a/c installed prior to settlement as the property was vacant.
