The clients were both interstate real estate agents looking to make the most of the price differential between NSW and QLD, so we decided to focus on finding them a suitable property in Brisbane.  After several months of searching and narrowly missing out on a property which sold at auction, we managed to source the clients a pre-market opportunity.  We were able to get in and secure the property for the clients and beat the wider market to the first open home.  At the first open home they had 50+ groups through and a lot of very unhappy buyers that they had missed the chance to try and secure this property.  This suburb (Mount Gravatt East) currently has a very strong level of demand and not a great deal of supply meaning there are a lot of buyers on the hunt for good quality stock.  This was further highlighted by the fact that in the first week of being online the the add had over 3000+ views.

We also managed to negotiate a 2 year lease back option, whereby the owners would rent back the property at market rent and then be given the option to rent again for another 12 months at the same rent.  This not only meant our client secured a top quality tenant but they also didn’t have any vacancy after settlement.

The clients were extremely happy with the process and outcome.
