His fee is worth every cent and, we believe by buying the right property at the right price, it pays for itself.
It didn’t take long (only a few weeks!) before we bought a property that was just perfect for us and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Matt to anyone wanting to buy a family home or investment property. My only regret is that we didn’t engage him much sooner!

A Successful Investment:
We had a fairly specific brief for these clients. Research showed that there had only been 3 sales of similar property in the previous 2 years and 2 of them were above budget. We knew we might be in for a long wait but, within 4 weeks a suitable property became available. Due to our prior research we established that we didn’t need to hesitate on this purchase. It met all our requirements and we were able to secure it well within budget through an online auction process.
Providing an even happier ending for our client, we rented the property out on the first inspection for a figure substantially above the high end of our estimated rental figure. This obviously improved the numbers significantly for our buyer and strongly confirmed our thoughts on the property’s value and overall desirability.
