A Successful Investment:

The client secured a solidly built family home that’s was within a 5 minutes’ drive to the new Kippa Ring Train Station.  We secured the property in a multiple offer scenario and at a lower price than the other interested parties due to have stronger contract conditions.

Post negotiations, the agent had another buyer look through the property and they submitted a back-up offer which was over $10,000 higher than the price we had negotiated for our client.

This was a great result for our client to secure a set and forget style low maintenance investment and at a lower price than what other buyers were prepared to pay.
