A Successful Investment:
Our clients were fairly new to property investment with this being their first venture. They were fairly open minded with their brief in terms of buying location however, they were specifically looking for a low maintenance property in an area with good capital growth prospects. The subject property came onto the market and we were able to view it prior to the first open home that weekend, which saw a massive 34 groups in attendance. After the first open home there were a total of 9 offers on the table, including ours.
