The client was an experienced property investor from Melbourne.  We had been searching for about 3 months and we then sourced a property that meet the criteria of the brief.  The property comprised a recently constructed, 3 bedroom plus study, 2 bathroom brick home with concrete tiled roof. The home was constructed in  2007 and considered to be a low maintenance, set and forget style investment within walking distance of local shops and had a large park at the end of the street.  We managed to secure the property in a multiple offer scenario after the first open home.  The property came with an existing tenant who renewed their lease for 12 months after settlement.  The client was very happy with the process and outcome.
