A Successful Investment:
The client was a young AFL player from Melbourne who through his financial planner engaged us to source and secure an investment property in Brisbane. After 3 months we tracked down an off market listing in Enoggera and then were swiftly able to put it under contract. A few weeks later a very similar home 1 street away sold for 25K higher than what our client had paid. The property had an existing tenancy in place which meant our client had no vacancy and rental funds coming in right from the get go!
