The property was auctioned as offers prior to auction were not accepted. The auction was strongly contested, and the property was ultimately secured at just under the client’s upper limit.
The property meets the client’s criteria of sufficient living space for a family, some green area for children to play, a third bedroom for use as a home office, and the ability to make improvements later to enhance value and increase living space.
