This was our first investment purchase in Australia and we wanted to be hard-headed about the deal with no emotion involved. Engaging a buyer’s agent therefore seemed a good solution and Matt and the team at PMC exceeded our expectations. There were analytical from the outset in their approach and maintained adherence to strict criteria. They were always available for our questions and several times worked at the weekend – not only to visit properties but also to check on local amenities and time walks to public transport! Once we had found a property, Matt was an excellent front-person in the negotiation to exchange and then the management through to settlement. We also then handed the property directly to their lettings team and within 5 days it was rented. Highly recommended!
