A Beautiful Forever Home:
After the clients spent a good 12 months searching themselves, they engaged our services to find their next family home. After several months of searching and a number of opportunities investigated we managed to source them an ideal home for their brief. At the time, there was several other buyers who were also interested in the property. We managed to secure this property due to being able to script our clients offer in a way where it was deemed superior to the competition. We then handled their building/pest inspection, liaised with their financier, solicitor and even managed to follow through an obtain a form 21 final inspection certificate (house approval prior to settlement). Needless to say our clients were over the moon with the outcome and very satisfied with the entire process.
