When we decided that we wanted to buy a house on the Northern Beaches, we were referred to PMC Property Buyers by three separate people. Although the team came so highly recommended, Matt, Mike and Brooke exceeded all our expectations.

Buying during a pandemic and with property prices soaring was still made to feel like a breeze by PMC. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for and when the perfect opportunity arose for us, they were unbelievable. They saw a property before it was listed (as they always do), called us and said you will love this house and we need to move quick. They had us in the property to inspect first thing the next day, by midday our building inspection was complete and by end of the day contracts were finalized.

There were buyers willing to pay more than us but because PMC moved so quickly, are so well respected by the selling agents and have an amazing supporting team of lawyers and builders if you need them, our first offer was accepted and we secured a dream house, in the perfect location.

Their fee paid for itself many times over! We loved every minute of working with Mike, Matt and Brooke and will be recommending them to everyone we meet.
