An Excellent Investment:

We met these clients the year prior to coronavirus commenced late 2019. They signed up with us to assist in buying them an investment property in Brisbane (unit/townhouse) or Toowoomba (house). The search officially commenced and a few months in the uncertainty due to coronavirus was world-wide. The clients were really happy for us to continue the search and we agreed that we would remain extremely patience and diligent in our approach. 

Several months later and keeping to our word we finally managed to find them (almost 8 months later) an extremely rare offering which was a 3 level, 2 bedroom townhouse in Paddington which was fully renovated and walking distance to shops/bus way etc. 

We managed to secure the property off market and the clients came along to the building and pest inspection and were very happy with what they’d finally purchased! It was a lengthy process and had a lot of ups and downs along the way however we stuck to our word and only presented the right property after many months of searching which the clients appreciated immensely.
