My wife and I spoke to a few buyer agents who all gave us the same spiel of being able to find us a property at a good price etc, etc. However our first meeting with Matt was dramatically different to the others. He took the time to really get to know us and our individual preferences- and wasn’t just there to say yes. And over the course of a few meetings we finally nailed down a brief which was realistic and achievable. In a way it felt like couples therapy but was exactly what we needed and was very reassuring.

And this was just the start- from then on Matt and Andy were outstanding. They were available everyday and showed us a wide range of properties. They came to every inspection with us and worked through the properties with us to gauge our likes and dislikes. We placed offers of a few properties but eventually we found a property we really wanted to pursue.

And that’s where the other side of there value really shines through. They structured an approach based on the property, the other buyers and the agent. We were never left second guessing the market. They knew the area, they knew the selling agent had a great understanding of the value of the property and took care of the entire buying strategy and negotiation.

We’re both quite time poor and I’m sure we never would have found our new house without the help of the PMC team. I’m sure their negotiation alone paid for at least half of their agents fees- so a great deal for us.

So if you’re looking for a buyers agent on the northern beaches or lower north shore I can’t recommend PMC enough. The whole experience was well structured, concise, friendly and confidence inspiring. We’re very happy with the result.
