Manly Vale is located 17 kilometres north-east of the Sydney CBD and is situated between Allambie and Balgowlah. There is a B-line bus stop on Condamine Street near the corner of Kenneth Road which offers express buses every few minutes to the city. Or alternatively a 10 minute drive down to Manly wharf will have you boarding the Manly ferry for a more relaxing trip to the CBD.

Manly Vale features lots of parks and reserves. With Manly Dam one of the most popular in the greater area for bush walking and mountain biking. Shopping options are plentiful with Westfield Warringah Mall only a short drive away as well as Stockland Balgowlah. And of course the ever popular Bunnings Warehouse is also only minutes away.
