 I started my property search and spent months checking properties in person and keeping tabs on sale prices, so you could say I was pretty much across what I could get for the budget I had. I estimate I saw between 20 and 30 properties in the Manly area, from Febuary to July. I initially baulked at the cost of engaging a buyers agent, I had a few friends that highly recommended them. So I engaged Mike at PMC to search for a property as close to my buyers brief as possible. Low and behold my DREAM property was secured Off Market. As I said before, I believe I had a really good grasp of the property market after months of research, and I estimate I saved at a minimum 200K on what PMC found for me. If I had to bid on it at auction, I would not be where I am now. Lucky? Maybe, but I got pretty much exactly what I wanted as a forever home, for a great price. I’m over the moon, so all thanks to Mike and the team at PMC 5 STARS!!!
