With my husband overseas, and in a hotly contested Sydney real estate market, we decided to engage PMC to seek and secure a property for us. We were alerted to a place we would be interested in by local agents, but PMC’s value came in assisting us to secure the property and to give us honest support and guidance in the process and purchase dynamics. We had missed out once and didn’t want to suffer the same experience.

I think their principle assets are their impartiality, their relationship with the real estate community and their understanding of the process. This is not our skillset and we were very happy to be guided by them. At all times they (Matt and Mike) were attentive, responsive, calm and professional.
