A Stunning Home:

Returning back from working in Hong Kong, our clients were on the search for a family home. Their original brief was more focused around the size of the home, rather than the location. After presenting a few off market opportunities, location appeared to be a key driver. We introduced them to a home in Freshwater that was smaller, but they fell in love with the style of the home and the proximity to the beach and village. We secured the property prior to auction below the vendors expectations.
