Initially we discussed a 1 bedroom apartment in Fairlight, however turned our focus and attention to the Freshwater market. We secured an excellent two bedroom apartment in original condition, enabling our client to complete her own renovation once the tenants vacate in September. As the property was tenanted and not styled for sale, we were able to secure it for a great price providing our client with the confidence to see past the current furniture and clutter in the apartment. We cant wait to see the outcome post her renovation later in the year.
