An Absolutely Stunning Family Home:

Our clients had recently moved over from France and were referred to us through their friends that we had recently bought for in Paddington. The brief was extremely specific from the start and looked to be quite a challenge.

Our clients were open to a few different suburbs and after two months of searching, we found this stunning newly built home in Fig Tree Pocket. The developer was keen to get a sale secured so that they could progress to their next project. After the sellers received a few offers around the same mark, all lower than the asking price, we suggested to the client to only offer $5000 more so that they were slightly ahead of the pack.

After two weeks of negotiations, the vendor accepted our higher offer despite still being well short of their expectations. We were also able to negotiate additional works from the builders to be included into the contract. Our clients are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to moving into their new family home.
