The clients were looking for their dream home with more more outdoor space and a better indoor/outdoor flow than what they currently had. They also wanted a pool and a separate living space for their Au-Pair and overseas guests. We sourced them this great opportunity in their ideal suburb and well within budget which would enable them to turn it into their dream home. On the morning of the auction the agent called to say that they had an offer and they were going to sell prior to auction. We had 2 hours on a Saturday morning to organise cheques and solicitors and entered into a final blind bid with the other buyer. Our experience and market knowledge meant that we were the successful buyers and won by only $2000. Our clients were very happy with the outcome and were glad that they had us on their side which meant they avoided what could have been a very stressful situation.
