Our client was moving from Sydney to Brisbane and was hoping to buy before making the move. PMC was introduced by a local real estate agent as they had experienced what PMC had done for clients in the past.
We found the property and as the vendors were not prepared to sell prior to auction, PMC attended on behalf of our client with the client present as well. PMC took care of the bidding and with a strong bidding strategy and with some sharp and concise bidding, we were successful for our client.
