A Successful Investment:

The client was an established doctor looking to commence his property portfolio. He engaged us to source him a double block that he could develop in the short term. We managed to secure him an off-market double block in Sherwood. The sellers were older and moving into a retirement village, as such we were able to offer them a 4 month settlement period to get the property secured. This was a great result for our client who came and inspected the property with us to begin the process! Post settlement we commenced discussions with our client about the build process and are currently in discussions about PMC project managing that process for him as well.
