A Successful Investment:
The clients were from interstate and engaged us through a mutual colleague to secure them a property in Brisbane. After a few weeks of searching, we found a property on the net which suited the clients brief perfectly. We knew the property would be in high demand so we organised to get through it prior to the first open home. We then managed to secure the property prior to the first open home and anyone else going through. Needless to say there were stacks of sad buyers at the first open home on the weekend. The seller also rented the property back from our client for a few weeks after settlement.
