Pullenvale is primarily families due to the proximity of great lifestyle options including mountain biking, horse riding and bushwalking.  Families with young children love the open space to run around, a great community feel and the local pony club.

Pullenvale now has a small hub in the Bainbridge estate including gyms, coffee shops and a local convenience store which has improved the appeal of this particular estate and location.
